At lightupo.store, your satisfaction with our decorative lamps and lights is our top priority. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, our exchange policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process to help you transform your home with the perfect lighting.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  3. Request: Email us at support@lightupo.store or use our Contact Us form. Please include your order number and details about the item you would like to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Lamps, lighting fixtures, or decorative lights that are defective, damaged during delivery, or shipped incorrectly.
  • Unopened and unused products like table lamps, floor lamps, string lights, and other decorative lighting (provided all original requirements are met).

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for items that are defective or shipped incorrectly.
    For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We’ll send you a replacement lamp or light of your choice or issue store credit—whichever you prefer.
  • Products not in their original condition or requests submitted after the 5-day window cannot be accepted for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used lamps or lights, items damaged after delivery, or missing original packaging/parts/tags.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or clearance sale items, as well as opened bulbs or string lights.
